REFUNDS Users may request a refund prior to use of a course. Requests are considered but not automatically granted. Keystone Achievements can deny refund to anyone who has already started the course. All refunds are granted using the PayPal refund system. Per PayPal refund policy, no refund may be granted if 60 days or more have passed since the transaction. Please contact Achieve@keystoneachieve.com for refund requests. Allow Keystone Achievements 5 business days to submit refund requests through PayPal. As per PayPal’s website “You can generally expect a refund to appear on your PayPal Credit account within 7-10 working days of the date the merchant processed the refund.”
